Most of my income last year derived from an investment made the previous year in a libertarian internet currency backed by the international illegal drug trade.

That's certainly wacky.

I once worked on a project for one of Jack Abramoff's clients. Possibly one of the clients he shafted, I'm not quite sure. It was weird to find out about the whole thing later, when at the time it was just... work.
