I mean, I'm sure it's getting fairly tedious! So I'm going to keep my health diary private henceforth. I'll post again when I've got an idea of whether it's going to keep working in the long term.

I took a teaspoon of the white-veined Borneo this morning, it woke me up okay for a while, but I took a nap because I slept poorly last night. I drove three hours to thegeekgene and elongated_tito's house, where I am now, and was not as nervous as I usually am about long drives.

I also took a teaspoon of red-veined Indonesian with thegeekgene a couple hours ago. She's been having Effexor nightmares, and kratom keeps me from dreaming, so we figured it was worth a try. I'll leave that one with her if it helps.

This might sound odd but I've actually found it really interesting! But medication and physiology kinda fascinate me? So hearing about your experiments with kratom has been interesting.

FWIW, I've also been following this with interest. Personal, mostly, as far as I know the Canadian government has not (yet) prohibited kratom, and if it does work in the long term it'd be good to know the steps in the shorter term that got there.
