Felt pretty tired all day. That's standard for me, given that I am a depressed person! I went over and helped a friend of Mom's clean out a house she's getting ready to sell for a few hours, but after an hour of scrubbing stuff my hand was kind of crabbed into an immobile position forever. I may have to move into a shell in a sand-filled terrarium and chew on a sea sponge or something, I don't know. She then assigned me to the least strenuous possible task, that being packing up a massive collection of Nascar miniatures into the appropriate boxes. I have squinted at the sponsors of so many tiny cars today.

Presently in my room with a cup of coffee, intermittently refreshing Tumblr, staring into space, and wishing my hand wasn't too stiff for Dwarf Fortress. I've gotten so good at killing ASCII dwarves that I can run through the first two years of fortress engineering almost in my sleep at this point. I'd do a Let's Play, but doing a Dwarf Fortress Let's Play feels like some kind of surrender to depression. "Hi, I'm Sarah, and I'm going to show you how to play the world's most unpleasantly tedious video game. Look, why exactly are you watching this? Are there any kitten videos in the YouTube sidebar? Okay, just. Watch those for ten minutes. Then you can come back if you're sure that this how you want to be spending your time."
