It's a Homestuck AU where a bunch of the main characters are institutionalized for depression and other issues, and others are the staff. It kind of evolved over time into a support group/advice column sort of thing, with a lot of the advice coming from in-character Tavros, who's an overwhelmed intern.

This is actually an oddly fabulous idea? It's pretty hard to resent anything Tavros says, and this particular iteration of him seems to have brain stuff pretty much figured out.
