Date: 2010-05-17 01:19 am (UTC)What's even more confusing is when someone starts using an icon similar to one I associate with another person. There's a person who used to use an icon of Killua from Hunter x Hunter, but changed it a while ago; now I'll occasionally see someone else posting with a Killua icon and go, "oh, I haven't seen Killua posting in a while!"
Note that Person #1 didn't actually stop posting! They just changed their icon. This seems enough to convince some part of my brain that they are now a different person.
