I have this theory that Meenah actually wraps back around into the other universe storyline and becomes the Condesce retroactively. There's gotta be some reason that Openbound was narrated from her perspective and that she woke up well after everyone else in the dream bubbles; the Condesce was alive before any other ancestor; the dialogue style is *too* pitch-perfect; and we know Lord English likes weird time loops.
