As users of INTERNET (TM), it is our solemn duty to say stuff about the Pokemon comic that has wangs in it.



No, that is not Photoshopped or something. It's not doujinshi, either. Ash's schlong is officially sanctioned by Nintendo.

This was, I understand, the very first Pokemon manga. I'm pretty sure Kosaku must have been someone at Game Freak's nephew or something. He didn't seem to like Pokemon much, and made up about a quarter of the ones that show up. That's a bad thing, because he can't draw, he's not funny, and he's just generally not creative - the first chapter actually starts with Ash running down the street yelling that he's late and slamming into Gary. I would like this manga much better if it carried this setup to its logical shoujo conclusion (stammering confessions of love under flowery screentone) instead of the shounen one (yelling stuff).

But, anyway, it has novelty value, and I figured someone would be interested.

For obvious reasons (wangs), this never made it into English, so that's my own cheesy translation up there. I thought about translating a couple chapters of this manga for a project in Japanese class last year, but after an hour or so of messing with it, I realized that I actually hated looking at it too much. Because the art is bad.

For that reason, the rest of the scans are untranslated Japanese. I don't want to deal with them anymore; I purge myself of this manga; good night.

...Oh, that's the deal with that Mew oh my god that's horrible.



(Those last two were from a story that's kind of vaguely like the Bill-turns-himself-into-a-Pokemon thing in the games, except here a really ugly guy and a really hot woman got turned into Pokemon, and the woman was a Mew and the guy was still really ugly. And that was the joke.)

Just so you know, that isn't Ash and 'Gary' isn't Gary. Their names are Red and Green and their full names are Isamu Akai and Kai Midorikawa.
