In the interest of fairness and accuracy, I feel I should point out that any country which produced an astronomer with the name of Vesto Slipher (from Indiana rather than Illinois, but still pretty close) could easily at some point hold someone named Jaccuzi Splot.

(The flash mob was probably my favorite part of Durarara!!, though the bits with Anri and Celty together are a pretty close second.)
