Do non-alive gemstones exist in Steven Universe-Universe?

I think Vidalia's the first person who's been shown wearing jewelry at all, and her wedding ring doesn't have a stone.

(Ronaldo mentioned diamonds, but it’s Ronaldo so that word might sound basically like “Time Cube” to everybody else.)
