In re: the angry and despairing about etc.: I desperately need all the sleep I can get right now. And yet sometimes I will find myself awake for an hour or more in the middle of the night worrying, or angry, or despairing, about stuff like that. Or Fukushima. Or North Korea. Or racism in America. Or, or. It is not useful. I am trying very hard to work on thinking about these things only inasmuch as I can do something about them and let them go otherwise, but jesus fuck is it hard.
