Favorite Smells
Aug. 11th, 2013 10:18 pm* Yellow roses and honeysuckle in the morning in cool wet weather, and fir needles on the tree in cold dry weather.
* Peppermint oil.
* Fresh sencha (standard Japanese green tea).
* Onions being sauteed, chocolate chip cookies being baked, and both at once.
* Nippon Kodo Mainichi-koh incense and Triloka Aphrodisia incense. I've tried more expensive stuff, but I think these are going to be my favorites forever.
* A new bottle of BPAL Cathode perfume. It's my favorite perfume even old, but it's perfect when fresh. It unfortunately ages really fast.
* Horse manure.
Is there... some science explanation for that? Because I don't understand. It's not like I've had any notably pleasant experiences with horses. One got sick on me once.
