Being fairly low-level, it would not be too time-consuming for me to switch back and forth as the mood takes me, I think.

Or you could embrace alternative period options. Like hormonal birth control. Or those silicone cup thingies. I knew a girl in college who got one of those and spent a week trying to figure out how to insert it. She provided daily updates on her vagina situation during this time. Actually, quietly hoping for reincarnation might be the kindest thing for humanity overall.
