(I actually haven't seen goat cheese here, or I would totally be buying it every day. In terms of both fiscal responsibility and my general digestive health, I behaved extremely badly when I lived near a store that carried it.)

I'm kinda fond of feta. And Kalamata olives, with spinach, cucumber, tomato and humus in pita bread...
