I just started episode 9. I feel like this is one of those series where the premise at the beginning ("What is justice in this future weird sci-fi society?") was basically a bait and switch for "Psycho killers psycho kill and emo man is the only one who can stop them" without ever addressing the questions the first 2-3 episodes put up.
Episodes 12 and 13 are a little less formulaic and more thoughtful, and Cyberpunk Moriarty fortunately doesn't show up. But yeah, it's not doing anywhere near as much with its premise as it could.

Sigh.
