I am...not so sure about fauns. Definitely not sure if "gay erotic novel about fauns and werewolves" counts as "paranormal romance".

Satyrs have definitely been done, and there is not enough brain bleach in the world.

I suspect many of these are tempting fate (or the publishing industry). After all, there's a YA novel with a troll hero....

And Shrek, of course.

I think the better question is: have these been done in the same work?

"Ho, ho, ho!" laughed the jolly old elf, with a wink of his eye and a twist of his head. "I'm looking for your pot of gold, if you know what I mean."

Santa Claus

Are you sure? I'm fairly sure there's been a wide variety of stuff about him

Hmmm, Tanya Huff's Enchantment Emporium featured a side romance with a leperchuan and an older woman, but it was not THE main romance and only had about a page of development so I don't know if that counts...
