Question.

Does anyone know why the Girl Power Corrupts post apparently got seven zillion hits from forum.rpg.net at the beginning of the month? Google Analytics doesn't give the full referring URL and the forum's search engine doesn't turn up anything, so I can't tell if this represents actual human beings or what.

Truth? I can't be sure, because I haven't cruised the RPG.net forums in a while, but that post strikes me as the sort of thing that Tangency would love to link to and chew over.

I tried looking at RPG.net, but couldn't see anything specific either.

There IS a post, however, that links [personal profile] kaigou's Deconstructing Azula essay, which then links to your Girl Power Corrupts post. Maybe it's a case of link-hopping? The dates match too since the post was 30th March.

well, lots lots lots of people frequent rpg.net so it's not unlikely to be actual people. Don't remember the thread where the link might have occurred though.
