How badly has C. J. Cherryh been behaving? So that I know how uncomfortable to feel about all the Cyteen references in my awesome Homestuck fanfic.

I mean, I did replace Ari with a squid, which I guess makes it a different book in terms of the fic's own continuity, but still.

In her own space, I only see http://www.cherryh.com/WaveWithoutAShore/?p=5562#comments and then of course out of her space, mention of her as a signatory to That Thing What James Was Mentioning: http://james-nicoll.livejournal.com/4813584.html -- but happily, was not on the original version (which was worse than the wiser-minds-have-prevailed edit).

I'm feeling somewhat sheepish about my timing of this year's Cyteen re-read, but I need to take tape or I will suffer for it.
