There's always melatonin + B12, though that's a short term solution as far as I'm concerned (melatonin's dream-enhancing effect seems to taper off quickly with use, but for a night or two it's WHOA NELLY intense. Will leave you rested, though, which a natural night of WHOA NELLY dreams often doesn't). Haven't tracked what happens with just B12 at night, but it definitely helps in the morning when one's had poor/no sleep (a massive dose of B12 being one of the key ingredients in those "detox from the night before" energy drinks).
