My parents painted the laundry room. They forgot to remove the laundry first.
My single remaining pair of work-appropriate slacks is no longer appropriate to wear to work.
Dad: They're fine! You can wear them at the office! I'm the boss!
Me: It's not going to happen.
Dad will be replacing these pants.
(I only have one pair of work-appropriate pants because I recently messed up the other two by similarly absurd means. So, I can't really complain.)
