This kind of innovation is direly needed, but The Powers That Be in the Big Media / Copyright arena seem bound & determined to strangle any innovative or novel approach to media out of existence with an avalanche of tariffs, royalties, threats and lawsuits. I wouldn't want to be trying to start a company in this space right now -- no matter how good your ideas, get on the wrong side of the media giants and you could easily be squished by the dinosaurs in their death throes. >_<
