I have many years of personal experience dealing with both the American health care system and shitty user interfaces. I have literally been paid to help people with these things. And I have no fucking idea what's supposed to be going on with the Kentucky kynect website. Who was the low bidder here, I need to yell at them.

I think I've got Medicaid coverage starting January first, but maybe it actually starts immediately? I don't know! It is impossible to tell.
